Dear community,
School staff and students have been working hard on getting everything ready for the showcase tomorrow evening. Here is a quick overview of the festivities:
5:30 | Doors open - please find a seat in the gym! |
5:45 - 6:45 | Performances start in the gym |
6:45 - 7:30 | Garden Horno fire with hot drinks/cookies, garden portable display, and indoor Bulletin Boards gallery walk |
For student performances, you will get to enjoy the Kindergarten class with a crowd energizer, followed by a performance by the Performing Arts club, the Ukulele club, the Musical Theater club, Choir, and the Violin program. We will also have a video presentation of the Robotics club.
In addition to all this, we'll have some fun raffle items (your presence automatically gives you a raffle ticket!) and other fun displays of student excellence and holiday merriment.
Parking for big events is always an issue given our location - please consider carpooling if possible or parking in the streets/lots nearby the school. We'll open the soccer field (gate on Calle Corvo) for parking as well. Please be careful when entering and exiting the lot. Students will not be allowed on the playground tomorrow evening during the event.
